28, Vineyard worker / conservation student
We are currently in Australia but we are moving to Norwich in July (flights booked) where Cooper will be studying wildlife conservation. We are only accepting housesits in Norfolk, July onwards. (From October to Christmas, Marion will be studying in Paris so it will only be Cooper available during those dates)
My name is Marion, I am 31, from France but I have been living in Australia for the past 12 years. I have previously volunteered in a farm animal rescue (pigs, goats, baby goats, sheep, dogs, chicken). I love all kind of animals and always happy to take care of them. Fitness and cooking are my mains passions - I love spending time in the gym, or in the kitchen creating and filming/editing recipes, watching a movie or browsing through vintage/antique shops and farmers markets. I will be working from home in England (social media) and will be studying baking in Paris from October until late December.
Cooper is 28, from Manchester. He is a big animal lover too. He has experience in construction and worked as a landscaper. He is a big music enthusiast and enjoys browsing at record stores, watching football games as well as the UFC and loves going for a run! He would like to become a wildlife rescuer/working in wildlife conservation one day and will be studying access to higher education (conservation) at Easton College from September. He knows how to drive tractors and enjoys every aspects of a farm life.
Cooper and I have been living/working/travelling together for 6 years.
We have been working on fruit/vegetable farms and mostly vineyards and wineries.
We also did 3 months of volunteering with Blaze Aid in Australia where we were building fences for farmers who were affected by the bushfires of 2019-20.
We house/pet sitted multiple times and have experience fostering.
We fostered a big dog (bull arab x great dane x Staffy) with the organization Paws and Recover while we were in Sydney and also fostered a cat in Tasmania.
We have experience with many breeds of dogs, sheep, horses chickens, cats and alpacas. We both grew up with dogs and Marion used to have cats.
We will take care of your fur babies like they were ours and make sure that they are always happy! We know what it can be like to miss them so we are happy to provide daily updates/pictures while you are away.
