A semi-retired couple who are keen travellers and have been sitting for the last 10 years while exploring different countries.
We confident to look after dogs and cats but don't mind looking after some chickens too. We will keep your house neat and clean, and look after your plants and garden.
We are both ex IT professionals and regularly sit for family and friends in the UK, Australia and South Africa.

Marian and Leon have been fantastic from the beginning to the end on all bases, communication, care of our nine year old German Short Haired Pointer and house as well as cleanliness/tidiness and reliability. wonderful sitters. We found Marian and Leon to be super friendly, helpful and caring to our two dogs. They could not have shown more attention to detail and were so quick to communicate and sent daily updates/photos. They coped with a barrage of Christmas shopping parcels that I had ordered and were delivered annoyingly late in the week we were away
Marian and Leon were fantastic house sitters! We got daily photos of our dog, who always seemed happy and well looked after. Marian and Leon were also so thorough before we left, and took copious notes of how to care for our house and dog which made me very comfortable to be away! Marian and Leon have just sat for us. We were so impressed with everything they did. They came to meet us before the sit with thorough questions. We received daily communication and lovely photos of Lola on lovely walks, Misty playing and Snowie munching. A lot of thought went into what they sent. Marian & Leon are lovely, caring people and looked after our border collie, Jessie, and our home wonderfully. There was excellent communication with them in the run up to the house sit, and they kept us fully up to date while we were away. I can't praise them enough, and would love to have them back when we next go away!
Mariam and Leon were the perfect sitters. My nutty doodle loves them - in fact he’s been running round the house looking for them and they obviously bonded so well. The house was immaculate and clean on my return and I haven’t got a single negative to offer. I’m just slightly gutted that they are so booked up quite a long way ahead ☹️

Lovely warm,engaging couple who demonstrated kindness and consideration in their interaction with me .They were interested and concerned to ensure the health and safety of my car Mushy They communicated well and sent videos of her whilst I was away. The house was clean and tidy .

We had no hesitation in checking in with them when we had firm dates and we were delighted when they said they were available. A couple of days before we were due to leave, our Spaniel, Conker became unwell and we took him to the vet. Marian & Leon were the perfect house sitters. From the very first communication it was clear that they understood the responsibility of looking after someone else’s pets and home, which gave me the reassurance needed. I was away for 2 weeks, during which time they kept me updated with photos and news of Frankie my dog. Leon and Marianne looked after our dogs very well and they were well and happy on our return. The house was fine and they coped with one or two problems easily- we would recommend Leon and Marianne and hope they will return to us in the future.
Marian and Leon were simply incredible. They left the house pristine, and Jimmy, our dog, was clearly happy and healthy. They are a wonderful couple.

We really couldn't have found better house sitters than Marian and Leon, at every level we would have given them more than 5 stars if possible! They were incredibly efficient and capable at looking after the house and garden, even dealing with a leak through the kitchen ceiling! Importantly they were wonderfully kind and loving towards our 3 dogs, one with impaired vision, and we appreciated the regular updates and photos. I would highly recommend Marian and Leon to house and pet sit. From our first communication via a video call, I knew that they were caring and conscientious by the way they asked questions and showed interest in our dogs' needs. They arrived in good time to have a thorough tour of the house, get to know our dogs and familiarise themselves with the area.

Marian and Leon recently sat for my wife and I for a period on nine weeks. The quality of the care that they provided, is best exemplified by the five stars ratings we have given. They were great with our dog who one week later still appears to miss them. They took her on really long walks each day with a photograph of where they were and the dog looking happy. Marian & Leon were brilliant house and pet sitters for us. They kept our plants watered, our house tidy and our dogs walked daily. I cannot recommend them both more highly. They were so flexible and when asked took our dogs to the groomers whilst also keeping in contact with us sending pictures and updates regularly. We were traveling internationally for an entire month at the height of one of the Covid-19 waves to see our family we had not seen in over two years. We had never left our dog for this long.

Marian and Leon did a house sit for us in August 2021, looking after our two dogs and the house and garden. We came back to a spotlessly clean house, a tidy garden and most importantly - two very happy and settled dogs. They kept in touch throughout the holiday, sending us photos of the dogs and keeping us up to date. They are always reliable, look after the house well and our two dogs love them. Would highly recommend them.
Amazing house-sitters - came home to a spotless house and very happy pets.
