I am huge animal lover, growing up with all sorts of animals in my childhood. Before moving to Edinburgh, I thoroughly enjoyed pet sitting and dog walking, giving many furry friends their own holiday whilst their owners went away. Today my husband and I enjoy the company of our two gorgeous kitty's, Nalla and Maple. I currently work term time within a school, giving me plenty of time to combine my love for animals and exploration. What an absolute pleasure to have Kelly look after the house and my dogs! I would leave 100 star review if I could, from the minute Kelly stepped foot in the house the dogs just bonded immediately even my cranky old dog who I was worried how he would react just took to Kelly and rolled on his back for belly rubs. I had daily updates/videos/pictures and my mind was at total ease the entire time I was away. The dogs have been so so well looked after. I was initially apprehensive about using ... MORE

Kelly and Alan were amazing. After meeting them both in person before we went in holiday. We felt at ease leaving them to look after our dog Lola and our home for 2 weeks. She absolutely adored the walks and cuddles from them both. We loved the daily updates, pictures and videos. When we arrived home today we found our home spotless, the bedding and towels had been washed and dried. The plants had been well watered too. Which was much appreciated. Kelly was an absolute delight to deal with from the moment of our first contact and throughout the housesit. We had a FaceTime call prior to confirming the sit, then because she is local, Kelly was able to visit a couple of days before the sit to meet us and the menagerie of pets. The dogs and cat took an instant liking to Kelly which was lovely to see and set my mind at ease knowing they were being left in such caring hands. It was a joy go have Kelly and Allan look after my house, my elderly cat and, in particular, Poppy, my cocker spaniel. Daily updates of Poppy having fun were very reassuring, and the house was clean, tidy and in very good order on my return. Kelly had even washed her sheets and towels which was especially appreciated. Five stars all round, and I very much hope that Kelly will housesit again for me some point!
