We are a reliable couple and understand the importance of caring for your home and pets. Ena has been a school Maths teacher before and now doing tuition via online. David worked in a charity organisation for over 20 years and retired in October 2021. After my retirement we decided to return to the UK in May 2022 and have been travelling as well as pet sitting when possible. We don't have our own pets now but love to care for animals. We have looked after various dogs such as Brittany Spaniel, Irish Wolfhound, Labrador, Golden Retriever, Jack Russell, Staffy, Rottweiler, Border Collie, Great Danes, Cockapoos, German Shepherd, St Bernard, British Pointer and more, Various cats such as Rag Dolls and Tabby, Guinea pig, fish & chooks/parrots and horses. One day we are hoping to have our own pets when we have a back garden.

We are so pleased that David and Ena agreed to housesit while we went on holiday with our family for two weeks. They are a wonderful couple. Communications were excellent leading up to the sit and we had full confidence in them throughout. While we were away we received regular updates of their adventures around London with our very happy, spoiled dog. If your dog enjoys long walks, David and Ena are the couple for you. They explored the Derbyshire countryside most days.with our border collie and played ball the rest of the time. The house was clean on our return, bedding and towels were washed and there was a huge plate of sandwiches! Many thanks to them both.

Well they did both in spades. They sent us regular photographic updates, which was most reassuring, not only of Milly happily resting at home but also on the bus and the train too, they took her with them on a number of trips out, which she clearly loved. David and Ena were fabulous housesitters. Our Cavachon dog was well cared for with lots of cuddles and daily walks. They made a huge effort to win over our cat and both pets got new toys for Christmas which was a spoil for them! Communication was professional and we got regular updates and photos while we were away. The house was in good order on our return and we got homemade carrot cake and bread to welcome us back home! A wonderful experience and we would recommend David and Ena highly.
