Hello and thank you for taking time to read this and please note that most reviews completed by owners were prior to star rating commencing on this site.

Please also be aware that at this time of COVID-19 we keep up to date with all regulations and adhere to government guidance. We are also sensitive to your feelings and needs in what can be a confusing and difficult time.

I am British/Australian, my partner David is Australian. We have returned to the UK to decide if or where we think we would like to settle for awhile. Though we are very hooked on this lifestyle!

We are not travellers or tourists, we just enjoy living in your area, hanging out with your pets and providing them with love and security, and experiencing what your locality has to offer.

We are a non smoking, no alcohol, vegetarian couple (our drugs of choice are coffee and chocolate!) We enjoy the quiet and slow pursuits of life.... walking, reading, yoga and meditation. David is an artist with an interest in British landscape. I am a Registered Nurse having a well earned break.

We have been pet/house sitting full time for over three years after selling our own home in Australia. Our sits have been within the UK and Australia, caring for a variety of pets, wildlife (including wallaby's!), gardens and pools.
Please check out our endorsements, but there have been many other successful sits organised through word of mouth and facebook notice boards which are not reflected here.

We are quick to prioritise requirements, flexible and adapt to our new living spaces quickly, whether that is rural or urban. We aim to be of negative impact to the houses we visit or animals we are entrusted. More often than not we fall in love with both. We always feel so awed and grateful for your trust in us and do not charge for this reciprocal arrangement.

We have high standards of cleanliness and have respect for your property and privacy. We are both police checked UK/ Australia.

We drive and own a car and can get to remote locations, in fact we prefer these sits. We also love long sits!

We love this lifestyle choice, but also love animals....so while we are unable to own them ourselves we will love and care for your pets, and home, as if they were our own.

Our main objective is that you have a carefree holiday knowing your home and pets are in caring and capable hands.

Michelle and David arrived as arranged. They are very pleasant, lovely people about whom I had no qualms leaving in charge of my house and my two cats. They kept in touch prior to arriving and during the sit. Both my house and my cats were in excellent condition on my return home, the house being left possibly better than they found it! My house plants were well looked after too, as were the birds. We were also given lots of helpful tips for our holiday as we were visiting their home area. ... MORE

No rating Michelle and David were simply perfect housesitters. My dogs adored them and were taken out for lots of walks and adventures, and when I got home my house was sparkling! Could not have asked for more!

Michelle and David are first class sitters and I would highly recommend them. They looked after our dog for 4 months and she couldn't have been happier or received better care. They are friendly and amenable and our home was left sparkling. I do hope they will consider returning to us next year.

They took excellent care of our gardens which would have been a task given the hot weather experienced during their house sit. We returned to a perfectly clean house, Thank you both for cleaning my pantry and fridge out. Would highly recommend Michelle and David and hope they can come to sit with Marley another time.

No rating We could not be happier with house sitters than we were with Michelle and David, who looked after or house,and garden and two cats for a couple of weeks while we explored the south island of new Zealand. Everything was neat as a pin, the garden looks great and the cats are happy. They can come back anytime!

Michelle emailed us to let us know how Bailey was behaving. We would throughly recommend Michelle and David for house/dog sitting and have would have no hesitation in using their services again.

No rating We were delighted when we met Michelle and David as they seemed reliable and trustworthy and caring for our dog. After 16 days away all was as left when we got back. The dog was very relaxed and the flat as we left it. They are a lovely caring couple and I hope they come and stay again.

The girls were happy and had all the love and attention they wanted. And we returned to a pristine house and a warm welcome from Michelle and David.
