Hello! I am Stefania, a mature lady, originally from Italy. I have lived abroad for more than 30 years, mostly in the UK and in Thailand. As a house sitter I can employ my past work and life experience to look after your house and pets professionally.
I am an ex lecturer and academic researcher who is now involved in teaching online and editing scientific research.
Beyond experience, if you are looking for a sensitive, warm and friendly companion for your beloved pet you might consider giving me a chance. I have a lot of success stories with animals, domestic and wild ones. I was raised in a farm so I am a natural when it comes to animals. I particularly love cats.
As an online trainer, I rely on a good internet connection and, in return, I will spend a good deal of time with your pets, cleaning and looking after your home.
Stef was an excellent house and pet sitter. She came to visit us before the sit to meet us and our cat, Clover Whilst we were away she was in regular contact and looked after Clover attentively and took good care of the house and houseplants. We returned to a beautifully clean house and a contented cat!

Stefania did a good job of looking after our house. In terms of looking after cats, I think she would be a better fit for a household with outdoor, independent cats. We have house cats and were disappointed to come back to a very full litter tray. However, communication was good and house was clean upon return.
Stefania was a great sitter! She looked after our two cats in Jersey for a period of four weeks. Whilst we were away, we had regular contact from her advising us of how she was getting on with the cats. On our return we found both the cats relaxed and happy, and the house was immaculately clean and tidy. We consider ourselves very fortunate and cannot recommend Stefania highly enough.
Stef has been an amazing house/pet sitter whilst I was away for 11 nights. She kept me fully updated on how the cats were doing, sending photos and letting me know how they were, wish was very reassuring. She kept me updated on any issues with the home too. It was very reassuring. Stef is such a nice person and I will definitely book her again!

We had a great experience with Stefania. Our rescue cat is quite delicate and needs a lot of care and attention, and Stefania was great from the word go. She offered to see us before the house sitting started, communicated before and during the sitting, and took great care of our cat. We returned to a happy and relaxed pet (which had not happened with other sitters in the past), and the house was spotless! (Even my plants seem to be back to life!! ). Stefania is an absolute amazing sitter. Sent me daily updates about the fur babies, we had great communication, she left my place very very tidy and clean and left me food and wine because I arrived late. Very thoughtful lady, I highly recommend her .

Thanks so much for taking loving care of the house and the pets during our absence. Stefania is a warm and caring person, I wish we had a bit more overlapping time together. She sent me daily updates and photos of the pets, the communication was great. The house was in an immaculate state and we found even more in the fridge than before ;-) I would love to repeat this experience any time!
There is nothing more secure than having people at home while you're away. Get a house sitter.
