Hi there,

I'm a dual national (UK and NZ) who has recently returned from living and working in New Zealand for the last 10 years, to live in the UK and be close to family.

We had two beautiful cats while living there who were rescued and sadly too old to bring with me and luckily have found wonderful new homes for them to live out their elderly years with all the love and care they deserve.

During my time owning my cats, Ollie and Lilly, we have used the sister site "Kiwi House Sitters" for seven years to find people to look after our home and fur babies with great success. My linked references should be visible on my profile.

I'm now using this service to look after and care for some other pet owners animals while they are away, so they can trust their home and pets are in good hands. My partner, Wes, is Canadian. He may join me for some sits, but a majority of the time he'll be off doing his passion which is rock climbing, mountaineering and hiking longs distances across the UK and European countries.

I have owned Cats, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents (rats, mice, gerbils, hamsters) and lived with family and friends who own dogs, reptiles (grass sake, small lizards) and chickens, so do have experience of looking after and knowing how to care for a variety of pets/urban farm animals.

During my stay in the UK over the next couple of years, I'm lucky enough to be able to work remotely and travel around (a dream come true). House sitting is a great way to explore areas I've not spent time in before, stay local and get to meet new people along the way.
