We are Deb and Andrew a fit and young at heart semi-retired professional couple in our late fifties (non-smokers). I have worked for 30 years as a teacher and Andrew is a self-employed electronics design engineer. We are now very fortunately in a position where we have been able to reduce our work commitments and plan new adventures. We are keen to take on short or long-term house sitting assignments in the UK and further afield and have completed seven housesits to date, two in Europe and five in the UK. Some of our assignments were arranged through another housesit site, MindMyHouse, and we would be very happy to forward these testimonials.

We are considered by our friends and employers to be particularly reliable, flexible and conscientious and we would take great pride in looking after your property and pets.
Competent and mature, we consider communication and re-assurance while you are away an important part of the house sitting assignment and would always be considerate of neighbours and the local environment. We would certainly keep your house and pets safe, clean and returned in the same condition as when you left.

If I could rate Deborah and Andrew more than 5 stars then I would. What excellent house sitters! Our cat Tigger loved them and throughout their stay they sent regular updates on him and photos. The house was left immaculate and with little things mended as Andrew is a skilled engineer-way above and beyond what you would expect from housesitters. Deb and Andrew were fantastic house sitters for our short break. They communicated brilliantly throughout and kept us updated on the well being of our cat (who was having a great time being centre of attention).
