Versatile, enthusiastic and careful house sitter, happy to look after most of your pets and your garden too.

I have spent a lot of time house sitting and looking after a menagerie of cats, chickens, ducks, pigs, and guinea pigs not to mention small grand children as well! Now it's time to spread my wings and travel further afield and make the acquaintance of new neighbourhoods and people.

I am happy to travel as I have a car, am retired and would love to see more of the country. I'm active, I walk a lot, maintain a garden and allotment as well as renovating old houses, dabbling in textiles and silver smithing.

It would be fair to say I am very much a glass half full person who enjoys challenges and new things, I am used to my own company so would not mind being in fairly out of the way places.

From the moment Daphne arrived we knew we could go on holiday without a care in the world What a lovely lady and how diligently she looked after our chickens and plants. Leaving your home to a stranger is slightly daunting, but we had no hesitation. We cannot recommend Daphne highly enough

Superb house sitter. Daphne was fantastic from the outset and I had every confidence in her to look after the house and the cats. We came home to a wonderfully clean and tidy house and a very comprehensive handover. The cats were all extremely well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate to ask Daphne to house sit for us again. She even left us a gift - super kind.
