Hi, I'm Roz!

I'm a reliable & Energetic Retired Teacher with good experience of house and pet sitting.

About me:
As well as my love of animals, I enjoy walking, cycling and exploring the outdoors.

As a mother of 4 now grown up kids, I'm now looking to find pet and house sitting opportunities further afield in the UK, accompanied by my daughter/husband depending on dates.

Experience:
I grew up on a farm in rural Northumberland. As a farmers daughter, I have experience of caring for livestock, horses, cats, dogs, poultry etc.

I regularly house sit for friends and family, including smallholdings with hens, pigs, pigeons, poultry sheep, dogs, cats.

What I can offer :
I'm reliable and thorough when it comes to caring for pets. I realise that staying connected is super important, so I'll send you regular updates on your furry pals and anything else you need to know. I'm tidy and will always leave your home clean & tidy.

Roz was great, easy to communicate with - prompt and clear - and meticulous in understanding all our pets needs so we felt confident leaving them in her care. The house was left clean and tidy on our return and all our pets were happy and relaxed when we got home. She is also lovely! We will definitely welcome Roz back.

Roz was a wonderful housesitter who took excellent care of our dog Betty and cat Jack. When we returned the house was left in perfect condition. During the stay Roz shared some photos of Betty while on a walk which made us feel confident that everything was going well. We would highly recommend Roz.

We do like to meet potential sitters if possible, prior to the sit and were delighted when Roz and family could pop in to meet us and Arthur (our dog) on the way home from another sit.
