Just returned to the UK after living and working abroad. Happy to pay for all bills, especially for several weeks or more.
Jane has been a dog owner in the past and both had pets in the family.
Done dog walking/pet sitting for family.
I work part-time online teaching and Jane is new to the UK: previously volunteer for the Pestalozzi Foundation (Asia) and PA in a Japanese company in Thailand.
We have access to a family car, if the location is 'rural', but would be willing to house sit without a car: particularly if bringing a car is not viable due to parking issues.
Sittings of more than one week preferred - with no upper limit.
I have a recent - Dec 2023 - UK Enhanced Criminal Background check due to my teaching and Jane has a March 2024 Thai equivalent (in the English language). Papers can be seen, as well as digital access to the UK document.
Although I need good internet connection for work - I can use my cell phone hotspot, if necessary. Chair and any kind of desk is needed for online work.
About 20 years ago I rented out some of my own properties, so I know the expectations people have when having others in their home.... we are very respectful of others' property, considerate and orderly.
