We are a retired couple from Worcestershire looking for new adventures. We have been caravanning/Motorhoming and camping for over 50 years and enjoy travelling all over the country. We are happy to look after any animals and are used to dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits. All of which have been part of our family throughout the years. We have been 'foster parents' to several dogs having them to stay overnight and for longer periods, Carol always has a supply of dog biscuits in her pocket even though we don't own a dog!
We both enjoy walking and have spent many years working with the Scout Association and the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, our personal achievements include walking the length of the river Severn and walking the complete coastal footpath of the Isle of Man. Dave enjoys gardening, old cars and woodwork, he had a home maintenance business before retired. Carol knits and crochets and enjoys many 'crafty' projects. Our quest in our retirement is to visit every cathedral in the country.
We have stayed in many Airbnb's in this country, France and the USA and would be happy to share our feedback with you.
We look forward to the opportunity of staying in your home and making new friend, human and pets.

What to say about Dave and Carol..... they were a delightful couple and it is a shams we only spent a short time with them, but found that we were very much like minded. They ticked all the necessary boxes.....and a few more ! The house was spic and span, the animals happy, the washing done and a welcome home bottle and card. Our biggest problem with them is.... are we able to tempt them back ? let's hope so, but of course they are welcome anytime they are passing. Many thanks again to you ... MORE

It's been a pleasure to share a house sitting experience with Carol and Dave. We were naturally nervous as this was the first time we'd left house sitters to look after our home and two dogs, Archie and Cece. Carol and Dave made it so easy. Over the weekend we had regular updates and pictures sent which gave us the reassurance needed to enjoy our holiday.
