I lived in London for 22 years and have travelled extensively throughout the UK and beyond. I am trustworthy, hardworking and friendly.. I have a way with animals and they take to me quite quickly. I welcome instruction and will follow any guidance regarding the care of your pets and your home to the letter. I have a lovely home in Glasgow's West End, so I know how important your home is. Norma was brilliant!
The house looked like we had never left and the cats loved her. Due to the hot weather, there was lots of watering to do and she followed my instructions very well. Nothing fazed her and we had daily updates.
Hopefully we can use Norma again later this year.

The first time I have used this service and left my cat since having her in May 2020. Norma was easy to contact to make arrangements for the period I was away and had previous experience which reassured me. She was great at sending photos of my cat so I knew she was engaging with Norma and not hiding somewhere. The house was left spotless and Norma kindly watered flower pots outside in my absence. I would happily use Norma again.
Absolutely brilliant experience with having Norma sit for us during a summer holiday. Once the sit was confirmed we had a video call to introduce ourselves and then exchanged many emails/texts leading up to the sit itself. Whilst we were away we got regular photo updates of our pets (cats, fish & snails).
Upon our return the house was immaculate and all our pets were relaxed and happy! We couldn't have asked for more!
We were delighted to have Norma to look after our two Bichon Frise girls for 12 days whilst we were away. Norma's communication throughout was superb and as a result the sit went very smoothly and exactly as planned. We were very reassured all week and Norma sent regular texts and photos which was lovely. On return our house was spotless and even had fresh flowers on the table. Norma was fantastic and really looked after our home and our little bundle of fur very well whilst we were away.
Gizmo is a very shy and anxious cat but he took to Norma very quickly. She followed all our instructions, was very clean and tidy, kept us up to date with photos / updates and most importantly made Gizmo feel comfortable - we were extremely happy to have found Norma and hope we can have her sit for us again in the future!

Norma is just fabulous. She looked after my house and Macintosh (cat) with great care. She is an adventurous spirit and a great choice as a sit.
