An advantage of choosing me as your house-sitter is that I live locally, which gives you the benefit of greater flexibility with your dates if required - So, if you need to change your dates - either by bringing them forward, you may want to stay an extra day or be delayed, I'm more likely to be able to accommodate you because I'm local.
I'm up to date with my Covid-19 vaccinations including booster.

I'll be working from home & occasionally popping out to the office for meetings, but home in the evenings and weekends. So I can spend lots of time with your precious pets.
With LOTS of past experience (20 years) of caring for two cats of my own, Pepe & Sandy, sadly no longer with me.
I've experience providing many housesits via this service and had the joy of looking after a total of 20 cats of all different personalities - Shy, Playful, Talkers and Loners and Shorthair, Tabby, Maine Coons, & Moggies.
I'm looking for occasional alternative accommodation of at least 5 days or more, due to having my property gradually renovated. Meaning I can work without getting in the builders way.

I highly recommend Tanya as a sitter. She took great care of my cats. They were healthy and happy when I got home. She sent me photos and video of them during her stay, I was worried about leaving them, and this was very reassuring. She also left the house in possibly better condition than I left it! Very nice to come home to. She is a kind and honest person and I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to sit for us again.

Tanya was a fantastic sitter, she looked after our two cats and home so well. I had a week away not worrying about the cats as they were in great hands.

When I returned the cats were very contented and happy. The house looked amazing too.

Tanya is a great communicator, unassuming and extremely thoughtful. From the outset I knew that our cat and flat were in capable hands. Tanya sent the occasional photo of our cat enjoying the fuss she (the cat) was enjoying. We returned to a spotless flat, even the beding had been laundered. Five star Tanya!
Tanya was wonderful with our rescue cat. We went away for a week and never had to worry about a thing. Tanya let us know that everything was going well and reassured us by sending us videos and pictures early during the holidays. Our flight back was delayed and Tanya offered to stay into the evening to minimize the time the cat would have spent by himself, which we really appreciated! Our cat Frobi loved Tanya from first sight.
He felt from the start comfortable with her.
In the photos which Tanya sent us, we could see that through the whole stay, Frobi didn't notice the change of pet ownership which took place! Frobi treated Tanya as a family member :-))

Tanya did a fantastic job sitting our house and for our cat Mr Tibbs. During a video call prior to the sit, Tanya asked some pre-written questions which made us feel she was well prepared for the stay. Her communication throughout the period was as we had requested and left us feeling that everything was being well looked after back home. Tanya stepped in at the last moment when another house sitter pulled out and really helped us out. She comes across as a sensible and caring individual and an experience house sitter. The cats were well looked after and appreciated the extra cuddles. The house was left spotless.
This was my first experience using housesitters and Tanya made it very easy. She has prompt communication and very pleasant.
My cat is quite fussy and she instantly liked Tanya, I believe they had a great time together and she was very well looked after.
Tanya left everything clean and tidy on leaving which is so refreshing and appreciated after coming home late from a holiday.

We are very lucky to have found Tanya as a pet and house sitter. The communication with her was very easy and quick. She popped round for a chat and to meet the cats. She was happy to do some watering and other normal house chores. We came home to very relaxed cats and a lovely tidy house. All in all we highly recommend Tanya. Many thanks
