Nina & Josh

Hi !

We're Nina & Josh and have been married some 18 years, with three lovely children. Our children will join us in pet and house sitting, if they are available. Our oldest child sometimes pet sits in mainland Europe. All photos of animals and pets in this profile of ours are the animals and pets, for whom we have sat.

We are willing to guard a property, house sit or pet sit. We will consider any location, anywhere in the world.

We and our children have hands-on experience with (and love) cats, dogs, chickens, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, quails (also quails which we incubated in our room, from egg to hatchlings), as well as donkeys and goats.

We, including the children, have had various horse riding lessons over the years.

What else is helpful to mention? We both work remotely. Hence the houses we sit for need to have Internet WiFi.

Josh (was once a hotel and restaurant manager) is an IT Specialist, Project Manager / Web Administrator, with a part-time film-making hobby; he can produce and/or direct a script or film idea for you.

Nina (once sold clothes at Primark and other items online) works as a Data annotator / Content Writer and translates documents from German to English or vice versa. One of her post-graduate degrees is from the European Peace University, for which she also translates documents.

She plays the piano, violin, and composes music. She first graduated from a music school. She also has a degree from the University of Wales in "Mission"; hopefully to go on a future peacekeeping mission.

What else? We are both non-smokers. We love to go fishing, and cooking. We try as often as possible to go swimming or just walk along the beach.

We would love to look after your pets, home, garden or farm, and give you peace of mind that all will be well for the time that you are away. We'll even send you a regular report online, if need be.

Why we want to house sit?

We love animals. Meeting them is like meeting new people, which we also love. Josh also raised or took care of pigeons in his younger years.

Guarding somebody's property by house sitting, it has an air of honourableness to it.

In order to encounter animals, people and properties, we have to travel, which we enjoy doing.
