Allow me to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about us. My name is Jaqui, and I have been traveling with my friend, co-writer, and traveling companion, Altaf.

We are both experienced, mature, full-time professional house and pet sitters: responsible, trustworthy, and competent. We have cared for a wide variety of homes, pets, and animals over the years, including large private estates, ensuring homes remain safe and secure while hosts are away on business or pleasure.

We will treat your home as if it were our own, maintaining it in impeccable condition, and tending to your indoor and outdoor plants. We will, of course, take good care of your lovely pets and administer any medication if required.
Your pets will be walked for up to an hour each day, fed in the morning and the evening, and, of course, given plenty of cuddles and attention.

We are happy to look after small farm animals, i.e., chickens, geese, ducks, etc. If you would like us to take your dogs in a car for specific walks, we are happy to do so if a car is provided, as our own car is not fit for purpose.

If your pets need to be taken to a vet in an emergency, you must provide us with transport to do so. We both hold UK and international driving licenses. Our car is not fit for purpose to carry dogs.

I’m afraid we have both struggled with our backs over the years, so we cannot do any gardening.

We are members of various house-sitting platforms and have been on Airbnb for over a decade. We have accumulated over 50 five-star reviews from our previous house sits and Airbnb stays.

We are practical and sensible individuals, a safe pair of hands in any situation. Both of us are enthusiasts of healing and alternative therapies. Altaf, in addition to being a writer, is a professional dog walker and is used to dealing with big dogs, having operated extensively in the Brighton & Hove area. He is very competent with managing larger dogs. Altaf is a Master Reiki practitioner, a lover of yoga and daily meditation, and has a background in construction, interior design, and various other skills, making him capable of addressing most reasonable maintenance issues. He is now a travel vlogger, working to build his YouTube channel.

I have a background in Reiki, hypnotherapy, counseling, and meditation. I also love Tai Chi and daily meditation, and I am a writer and a semi-professional cook.

We both thoroughly enjoy cooking and baking. We hold clean UK & international driving licenses and possess our own transportation.

Currently, we are in the process of editing content and marketing for Altaf’s YouTube channel, “Risky or Lucky,” which requires decent WiFi speed.

As dear friends, we would require two separate rooms, preferably with double beds.

We kindly ask that you inform us of any cameras on the property, external or internal, prior to our house sit, especially if you have a Camera Ring doorbell. For the duration of our stay, we require that all door cameras and internal cameras be turned off, as we highly value our privacy. We do not consent to any form of recording during this time.
