  • Volunteering at Spitalfields City Farm. Helping tend to small animals (chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, ferrets etc), cleaning, education others. Helping with a family engagement project Tending to Green spaces, gardening, coppacing trees, keeping land and spaces tidy and use able. Horse riding since age 11 (now 36!) teaching riding lessons at RDA for disabled children, teens and adults. Able to groom, feed, tidy etc

38, Mental health

I am a 38 year old female living hybrid between lovely East London and the South West of the UK. I work as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor and have my own business. Managing my own time with some extra time for house and pet sitting!
I am organised, very tidy and clean, enjoy discovering different parts of London and elsewhere in the UK and so wanted to sign up to this!
I grew up in the countryside with pets - dogs and rabbits, ride horses and have had jobs teaching children how to ride. I also worked on a cat sanctuary in Greece with 80 cats.. So am adept to looking after all ages and needs of friendly and not so friendly fluffy felines!
Hasten to add, I love animals but cannot unfortunately have any of my own currently.

I also volunteered at a London city farm, working across family engagement;educating children and their families in small animal care and looking after the many small and larger animals there.

Look forward to hearing from you and helping those out there who need someone reliable, caring and professional to look after their homes and pets!

Leonie was wonderful! She was very responsive leading up to the house sit, timely, and extremely tidy. She took Henry on several outings a day, including daily long walks around the local parks and sent us several updates and pictures while we were away. We felt very comfortable having Leonie house sit and would highly recommend!

Leonie is fabulous & very trustworthy, we couldn't have asked for more. Great comms before and during the sit, plenty of photos of happy pets whilst we were away, and we came home to an immaculate house. It was our first time using House Sitters UK & Leonie couldn't have made it a more positive experience.

Leonie looked after our house, garden, dog, cats and gold fish brilliantly while we were away for 2 1/2 weeks... right from first contact she has been super responsive, kind and considerate... and did such a great job while we were away... we came back to a beautifully clean house and happy pets. Would recommend her 100%!

Leonie is an excellent pet and house sitter. She took excellent care of our home and our two cats who loved her. Her communication before and during the stay was 10/10. She sent us pictures of our cats and she was updating us about how things were back home regularly. She came by the house before so we can meet her and showed her around the house and how to take care of our cats. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. We would recommend Leonie as a pet sitter to everyone :D
