We are a responsible, trustworthy couple with lots of house sitting experience and have very good references. We love all animals and enjoy the opportunity to stay at different locations looking after various pets.
We can often take house/pet sits at short notice and be flexible with dates.
We have had our own pets throughout our lives but feel it is to soon to get another one after losing our last dog.
We always look after pets as if they were our own. Our priority is always your pets happiness, care and welfare.
We are more than happy to keep you updated as much as you like during the sit. We also like to keep your home clean and tidy during our stay.

Both of us are nonsmokers, in good health, have full driving licences and our own car. Amongst our interests we like to travel, watch wildlife (sometimes going to great lengths to see it), enjoy a long walk/hike and reading a good book.
In our forties and fifties we are not yet retired but as we are self employed can be flexible with our work time.

Lloyd and Mary recently spent a week at our home looking after our four dogs and our home while we were away on holiday. We were full of confidence having met Mary and Lloyd before we left. They had great references and had looked after other dogs which meant that they were in good hands and on meeting the dogs seemed to be enthusiastic about their new housemates. Lloyd and Mary looked after my two cats for ten days in October 2019. This was our first House Sitters venture, so we were a bit nervous, but needn't have worried. We communicated with Lloyd and Mary before the booking, and they arrived on the morning of the day we were to leave. It was great to meet them and explain all the minor details about the house and the cats. It was obvious that they loved animals, and were completely relaxed about everything. Mary and Lloyd were excellent at looking after the dogs & house & watering the plants, mowing the lawn etc. Everything was perfect when we got back having had a very relaxing holiday thanks to them. Not content with that, they left us some gorgeous flowers. We can thoroughly recommend them and hope that they will be able to come back soon
