I have been a house-sitter and dog/cat-sitter for 7 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I grew up with dogs and cats in our family home and like to play with them and will ensure your pet has fresh food and clean water each day. I live in west Wales but am originally from Bristol/Somerset but want to travel all over the United Kingdom either in cities, towns or rural settings. I have my own transport. I do not smoke and will keep your home secure and clean whilst there. I like to watch documentaries and study in the evenings so will always be around at this time. On some days I may like to explore new areas in terms of local walks, museums, art galleries etc. I take my role seriously and can provide references from other people that I have been a house-sitter for. I have an up-to-date police DBS check.

Paul was a brilliant house and pet sitter. This was my first time using House Sitters and I must admit I was a wee bit nervous. Paul made it such a positive experience for me and Masie. He looked after the house extremely well, watering the indoor plants too. Masie was very, very well looked after. Paul was just a lovely man and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and hopefully I'll have him back at some point.

Paul is a top sitter. We had good communication with him beforehand, and he did exactly everything that was asked of him. He came early to meet us and Elton, our cat, before the sit and turned out to be a very nice person. Paul kept in touch during his stay, left the house spotless, washed all the bedding, and left everything clean and in order when we got back. We would highly recommend Paul for any house sit. We hope that he will sit for us again!

Paul was kind enough to sit for us after fairly short notice and proved to be a kind and considerate sitter. Our cat has twice daily medication and is needy for lots of cuddles. Paul coped with this brilliantly and we came back to a content pet in a spotless house. We hope to be able to offer Paul further sits in the future. Paul was really lovely with Gizmo, who got three walks a day while being with him, and Giz was very jolly and happy when we returned. We don't have any complaints at all about Paul's ability to connect with and care for animals, and were lucky to have him with Gizmo while we couldn't be. Would recommend to others.

Paul was the perfect housesitter at my mother in laws looking after her cat. Rosie was well looked after and she enjoyed the company. The house was left spotless, and I had some really lovely conversations with him. Would highly recommended and hope we see you again if there's any more of the countryside left to explore!

Paul was a fantastic house sitter, great at keeping in touch both before and during the sit, kept our old cat company (and managed to give him his medication), kept the garden watered and the house clean and tidy. It was also really good to meet Paul and share a meal with him the night before we left - a lovely man, highly recommended.

Paul completed a house and farm sit for us for five weeks while we were away travelling in Europe. He was happy to look after our pigs, sheep, geese, chickens and goldfish, as well as maintaining the garden and repairing the fences when the naughty pigs knocked them over! Paul was a great house sitter who left our house in immaculate order. He went over and above his “duties”, doing washing and ironing as well as looking after our garden, spending a long time watering! Very highly recommended.

We were able to speak to Paul before finalising the house-sit and had an enjoyable evening with him before we left the next morning. Paul was a great housesitter who took excellent care of Yuko. He was communicative, on time, and the flat was utterly spotless when I returned. I've absolutely no reservations about recommending Paul for future housesitters. I'd gladly welcome him back to mine.
