I understand and appreciate the plight of pet owners when beloved pets have to be left at home. I am a mature (although my looks belie that I am past the half-century mark), dependable, and tidy person, who will take the utmost care of your pets and be respectful of your family home.
I have lived all over England and round the world, moving to where a job takes me. I an engineer by training so am practical with my hands - putting together flatpack furniture is a doddle for me - anything that gives the opportunity use power tools! Excepting of course electrical works which is no-no as I'm not qualified.
I like to indulge in the hobby of 'exploring' - as many places as possible and seeking out the essence of what marks out a village, a town. or a neighbourhood whether its the history, the people, or the natural environment. I will be glad to be invited to your home to housesit, but I know I will also leave having learnt about your place and what living there means to you.
