Marie-Josèphe & (occasionally) Charlotte

I've not been able to indulge my love of travel and pets while I've worked full time.
I'm vegetarian, non smoking and non drinking.
I've previously been mum to a Labrador, 4 German Shepherds and a Rottweiler, plus birds, fish, tortoises, rabbits and cats (including current experience of a spicy Bengal!). All animals shown are/have been mine, or are looked after and loved by me.
I know pets' body language associated with sadness, nervousness and affection, and respond appropriately to keep animals happy in their comfort zone.
I am (in principle) available for London/Essex weekends and odd other nights while I finish a nursing contract in Chelmsford. Currently off sick until 8th May but this might be extended. Please get in touch to discuss. .
From July 2024 I'll be in Nottingham (my permanent home) with all the freedom to travel from Land's End to John o' Groats for long or short sits.
(from mid-June till mid-September Charlotte will be free to sit but Osiris will need to come with her. He is a friendly, well-trained Labrador. Charlotte cannot drive.)
With your permission, I will happily take your dogs in my car as long as they enjoy this. It is an estate with a blanket in the rear section and a safety net.
Likewise, profiles which welcome families may find that I request one of my sons to visit/sit with me, or if pets are allowed, my daughter Charlotte and her dog. I will always ask first! All humans are in their thirties and sensible.
Charlotte and I can both administer medicines in oral, topical or subcutaneous preparations.
If you are over 1 hour drive or train journey, I/we would like some assistance with travelling expenses, especially after I'm retired, but I am not seeking to make a profit from any of this.

We would prefer not to sit for smokers.
