Ash & Jen

Ash & Jen first came to look after my cat Luna in the summer of 2023. When they agreed to come back this year I felt I’d won the lottery. I couldn’t be happier, as they know my cat, the house and area, so I could go away reassured that everything would be alright. They are thoughtful, helpful, generous, and leave the house immaculate with little extras for me when I return. I can’t recommend them high enough.

Ash and Jen are warm, wonderful, caring and genuine housesitters. At first I was nervous to leave my cat for so long with people he had never met however a day into our holiday I could see how much he had bonded with Ash and Jen. The house was immaculate on our return, they had even washed the bedding for our return which was very much appreciated after our late flight. This was our first experience of using Housesitters uk and I can honestly say, hand on heart, when Jen & Ash said they would sit for us, we were thrilled to pieces. Unfortunately our holiday took a slight turn and we had to change our plans. Jen & Ash were so accommodating and helpful as well as understanding; it made things less difficult. Wow ! What amazing sitters My cat was totally cared for with food and several toys which they personally funded. The house was tip top and they left me fresh milk and bread etc in readiness for my return They aldo made an unsolicited contribution to my energy bills which was not necessary but much appreciated .They thought of everything even leaving me a replacement mug with a picture of a sloth following my trip to Costa Rica Brilliant home and pet sitters you would lucky to have them !

Ash and Jen were amazing house sitters and such a pleasure to meet. They took fantastic care of our pussy cats and left the house immaculate. They were a lovely couple.We have arranged to have them again. Thoroughly recommended

Ash and Jen were absolutely fantastic sitters, we couldn't have asked for more and they went above and beyond. We met over video call because they were out of the country at the time. They then came over for a handover on the day. They sent updates and photos and the house was spotless when we came back. They even washed their sheets and made sure we had food and milk in the fridge as they knew we had a long journey back! I hope they will want a holiday in Cornwall again soon we would have them ... I'd like to say a huge Thank-you to Ash and Jen for taking such great care of my home and more importantly, my cats, Tika & Cleo!! The house was so lovely and clean when I came home and I could tell that Tika had a lot of fun playing while I was away. Ash and Jen are lovely people, were very responsive and I knew that my cats were in good and caring hands. Tika was clearly very comfortable with them as she was chatty and like to stay close to them and they even got the cats some extra food ... Ash and Jen stayed at our house for three weeks over the Christmas period and we could not have been happier to have them. They went out of their way to look after our two cats and even bought them new toys to play with. The house was in a cleaner state than what we left it and they even stocked up the fridge with some staples so we didn't have to rush to the shops when we got home. Ash and Jen acted like we were doing them the favour having them stay in our house but having them here ... MOREAsh and Jen stayed at our house for three weeks over the Christmas period and we could not have been happier to have them.
