. I am a confident person and feel happy around most animals. I am retired and live in Derbyshire; I have a good few friends I enjoy socialising and holidays . ' House/pet sitting is for me a challenge ,and something i think i would be able to assist greatly.
I'm a fit and healthy individual and able to travel I do drive. However, depending on the distance to travel., I use other options. If I can be of any assistance, be it for a 'short break;'feel free to make contact.

I can supply both recent 'endorsements' and my references . I am available for 'sits' for up to five days.;which may include a long weekends.

To its ends I have chosen to do 'house sits', for,'long weekends'. Going forwards; Sits' for up to five days.

I enjoyed many housesits’ last year, 2022. Along with some regular ‘sits’.
I will ask, for a contribution I.e,: for transport costs, where appropriate .

If a property is remote, I would need to consider., accessibility, and communication with' House owners' essential.

So pleased Rhona was happy to come to us for just 2 and a bit days. We were a little concerned because our cat seemed to have fallen out with us, often refusing to come in to the house for hours on end, probably due to lots of workmen, new carpet etc., etc., and thought Rhona would wonder why she'd come! But she worked her magic and we returned to a much more relaxed cat who has been much more friendly since - although still a bit of a wanderer. Rhona has sat for us before and we enjoy her ... MORE

Rhona is a reliable person who gained both my cats' confidence both sociable Eric and the nervous flighty kitten that is Raven. She sent me informative updates about how the cats and the tortoise were doing, which I really appreciated. The house was neat, tidy and organised when I returned. I would be very pleased to have Rhona come again and I am sure the cats would welcome her too. Many thanks Rhona for everything.

Rhona was our first sitter we used through house sitters and it couldn't have gone better and we're fully converted to using the site again because of her. From the moment we first contacted each other, the communication was fantastic - we had regular updates throughout our trip which meant we could really enjoy our holiday knowing all was well at home. She looked after our 3 cats superbly, one being a naughty kitten who wasn't allowed outside yet and she managed to keep him under control!! ... MORE

No rating Rhona is a lovely person. She came and looked after our cats and chickens in July 2018. Rhona came the night before we went on holiday, met our family and familiarised herself with everything. She sent regular updates whilst we were away and we came back to 3 very happy cats and 3 happy chickens. The house was beautifully tidy and clean. I would happily recommend her for cat sitting!

No rating Rhona was a fantastic house sitter. She was very approachable and easy to talk to. She did an excellent job of caring for our pets while we were away and looked after our home. It was a pleasure to meet Rhona and we would not hesitate to have her stay at our home again

No rating Rhona came to stay the night before we left and was thoughtful, caring and intelligent which made for good conversation. Duncan took to her straight away which was unusual for him. Rhona coped with feeding birds, wild hedgehogs as well as the cat and all was in good order when we arrived back. We would certainly book her again.
