Ray & Chih-Li

Born and raised in Oxford, I worked for the Forestry Commission before moving to New York where I served 17 years in the Health and Parks Departments. I was also a State licensed security guard for 20 years, serving as the lone security guard inside the estate of millionairess Brooke Astor.

Now retired, I am traveling and writing children's books. A non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs, no parties, I am quiet and caring toward all animals except spiders. I grew up with a lot of cats and an Old English Sheepdog. I've worked on a farm feeding pigs and have years of experience in grounds and building maintenance.

My wife, who may join me on some trips, raised chickens and loves gardening. We have two adult daughters, one in the USA and one in Taiwan.
