My background is in animal nutrition, sports nutrition, coaching (mainly youth) and property restoration. I have rented and own my homes.

I appreciate a clean and orderly home and am familiar with dealing with home and pet care. I am low maintenance and diligent in communication.

Pets are always a pleasure to look after and they would be well cared for. I'm sure you could fill me in on all requirements and quirks!

I am a British citizen but, apart for about 8 months earlier this year, I have never lived here. I recently moved from Philadelphia to live in England and I am looking for a home, which will be quite a process getting familiar with areas, the markets and processes, etc.

Being born and raised in Zambia & Zimbabwe was an incredible experience; the vast open spaces and incredible wild life were such a privilege to experience. I also spent time in South Africa & Australia and then landed up in Philadelphia, USA.

in 2022/23 I rented a flat in Stafford for 6 months, please feel free to contact me for the details of referees.

My house-sitting dates are flexible if required.

As I have only recently joined Housesittersuk I only have three reviews from house-sits thus far. I hope you do contact the referees I mentioned, as I'm sure they will give you an accurate description of me, my disposition and ability to care for my homes and pets.

Mike was super for our house sit with 4 cats, even though 3 of them are very timid. He looked after our cats, dealt with the neighbours cats, looked after our garden (an additional bonus that he confirmed with us before doing) and managed our house. He was calm and thoughtful in communications and on meeting. I would definitely recommend Mike to others to house sit and would happily have a return visit. Thank you so much for helping make our holiday stress free.

It was a pleasure to meet Mike and to know he was staying home with my two cats (and plants) when I was away. Our communication was smooth and easy (Mike did not hesitate to contact me if any question appears, which as a pet owner, I very much appreciate) and I found my cats all happy and well when arriving back home (and an apartment in even better condition than when I left!). I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a sitter and he is available.

Mike was an amazing Housesitter. We had a major leak as he arrived to find our house in complete disarray. He quietly offered help, he was not fazed by the chaos and just fitted in fantastically He was tidy and capable and looked after our property and chickens with no problems. We would love him to come back next time we need someone and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
