John was perfect. Excellent communication skills (before and during his stay) which immediately gave us confidence and assurance that we were leaving our home in safe hands. We are very happy with the way in which John looked after our cat and our home while we were away for six weeks. The regular calls and videos left us very relaxed while we were away. We would have no hesitation in having John again and would highly recommend him.

John made the effort to visit us a few weeks before the ‘sit’ which gave us great confidence that he would enjoy taking Rocket for walks and the quiet location of our house. He was very conscientious about all aspects of the ‘sit’ and lived up to our expectations. He clearly had a bond with our dog and was keen to have a handover with us which is always good. John recently did a house sit for us and took good care of our very docile Ragdoll cat who doesn’t go outside, two chickens and the indoor plants. All were well looked after and even the chicken that kept escaping from the coop didn’t phase John!

John was brilliant. He is clearly experienced in house-sits as he asked all he right questions and wanted to familiarise himself with the house and dogs. John is an excellent communicator, which is so important when you leave your house and beloved pets in the care of someone you don't know. I was confident that everything would be just fine, which it was.. It was lovely coming home to a clean house and happy dogs.

This was our first house sitting experience and we had a great experience! Our lively dogs were very well looked after and, although they were obviously pleased to see us return, they were very chilled when we arrived back. All our plants were well cared for too. We would not hesitate to use John again.

John is a lovely man and was an absolute godsend he cared for our cats and house probably better than we would!! John kept us updated via calls and video on what's app. Both us and the cats were very happy with him and would have no hesitation in recommending him - and hope he will return to us for our next vacation.

Fortunately John was able to stay on till I got back which was an absolute godsend.
