Fiona & Mark

We're a non smoking couple creeping up on retiring. We have 4 grown children and 3 grand babies.
Mark is an electrician by trade and pretty handy around the home.
I have an administration and customer service background with a real estate licence. I have also run my own catering business and have a love of cooking and cake decorating.
We spent 10 years being caretakers and property managers for two high rise residential buildings in Brisbane with 135 units.
We love to travel in our caravan and take trips overseas, hike and walk, spend time with family and friends and are avid sports fans. Last year we travelled to Portugal and Spain and completed the camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela.
We have experience with large breed dogs having had a Newfoundland and a Belgian Shepherd as part of the family. We recently had our daughter's dog, Bruce, living with us and he is a Bernese Mountain dog. Currently we have Wally living with us who is a cocker spaniel staffy cross.
My sister has 4 golden retrievers, which she breeds, and we have looked after them on numerous occasions and have helped in the birthing of a number of litters.
One of our children is currently living in London and we are looking to forward to seeing him and his partner and doing some sightseeing as well.
We will not have access to a car so will be looking for sits that are accessible by public transport or if the owner would be willing to lend their vehicle. We have excellent driving records.
We wiĺl be available for housesitting in the UK between June 2024 and August 2024.
