I am a very, healthy, fit and energetic woman who is very keen to house and pet sit. I am very trustworthy, honest, very caring, kind and thoughtful. I am a non smoker and a vegan.
At one time, I was a veterinary nurse. I had my own dog trimming and grooming business which required vast amounts of loving patience, building up the dogs (and some cats) trust. I did this for over 30 years whilst bringing up my four children. As a family, we had numerous pets ranging from mice, gerbils, chinchillas etc through to dogs and cats. As a teenager I had a pony, so I have some experience with horses. I have a lot of experience looking after animals, giving them medication if necessary and generally caring for them and loving them.
I have been a learning support assistant in a primary school and was a very active member in the village community where my children grew up. I was a school governor and treasurer, secretary and chairperson of many committees such as the Scouts, a Ladies group, toddler group as well as running the local Playgroup. I ran the local Youth Club for ten years. I was a Foster carer for ten years, as well. I did voluntary charity work for the National Childrens Home for 25 years.
After my children grew up, I trained as a Yoga and meditation teacher and had my own business. Subsequently, I worked with Adults with Learning And Physical Disabilities obtaining substantial qualifications.
At retiring at 60, I decided to go travelling with a backpack on my back. I have visited many countries as a traveller, trekking and have experienced living with families working, usually on organic farms of various types and retreat centres, for my board and a bed (known as WWOOFing...worldwide opportunities on organic farms).
Whilst abroad, I did two housesits, one in New Zealand and one in Sardinia, both looking after dogs and cats. For the past six years, I have been house sitting almost continually so have gained a vast amount of experience.
I can give references if required. I hope you will consider me to look after your pets and home. I love house sitting and I am totally committed to doing a very good job and I am very reliable. I am based in Norfolk but very happy to travel and I have my own car.
Caroline was a responsible and conscientious housesitter who did a terrific job when she housesat for us. She looked after our house, animals and garden with great care. We would very happily use her again as a housesitter.
I can highly recommend Caroline. She looked after my house and dog, Buddy for five weeks.
Buddy really took to her and I know she treated him very well. He missed her for a few days after she left. She walked him twice daily and fed him as per my instructions.
Caroline is a very genuine and trustworthy person. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to take care of your precious pets. I hope she can sit for me again in the future.

Caroline was a fantastic house sitter. She was very helpful, reliable and looked after my dogs as if they were her own - they loved her.
The house was spotless when we returned and she kept in regular contact whilst we were away. I would have no issues recommending her and will definitely be asking her to sit again.

Caroline is an excellent house sitter. She looked after our old labrador and I think they both enjoyed each other's company. The house and garden were left in immaculate condition. We would have no hesitation in using Caroline again.

When I first considered having a stranger in my home looking after my dear little cat i felt rather nervous about it all. I contacted Caroline as I liked her profile and she sounded like a good all rounder in terms of life experience. Caroline very kindly did a one night trial run before my holiday so we could meet and she could get a feel for my home and cat who is quite a character and needs someone who will give her lots of attention.

While on holiday I never had any worries as I knew the house and my cat were being well looked after and Caroline was very considerate by staying in touch via text message. She kindly left bread and milk for our return, the house was just as I'd left it and most importantly my cat was very well, contented and happy. I recommend Caroline as a responsible and kind sitter.
I think house sitters is a wonderful idea and it works well for both parties.

Caroline is amazing!
Caroline house sat for us for almost 3.5 weeks and looked after our two dogs and four cats, as well as the fish and rescue turtle we have. One cat is medicated twice daily. Caroline ensured all their individual needs where catered for. All animals were all happy and relaxed when we returned home. The house was clean and tidy, and the animals here can be messy!
I would recommend CAroline with no reservations whatso ever. The Mary Poppins of house sitting.

A house sitter provides loving, full-time, home-based pet-care while you're away.
