We’ve owned our home for 10 years and know how it feels to leave one’s castle and critters in the hands of others. John and I take our role as pet carers seriously. We’re dedicated to earning and maintaining your trust. Before we stay, we'll find out all we can about your animals' needs, preferences and personalities. During our stay, we’ll provide regular updates by text/photo/video, and tell you immediately if there’s anything you need to know. We believe in being prepared!

John is handy and a true perfectionist – if you have any little jobs that need attention. I’m green thumbed and a keen baker – don’t be surprised to return home to fresh, fragrant goodies in your pantry, and plants bursting with vigour.

We're a house-proud creative couple in our 40s/50s from New Zealand, taking a grown up gap year... or two. (I'm a copywriter turned screenwriter and John is a TV Producer). Having said farewell to our beloved 18yo tuxedo cat, Tuesday a couple of years ago, we miss having furry friends at home. We've always chosen sitters over kennels/catteries for our furbabies, and would like to provide the same care for others who make that choice.
