We are a trustworthy, responsible, respectful, reliable and friendly animal loving married couple who love to travel, volunteer and help others.
My husband, Howard (or H to his friends, so you can call him H!) is now retired, but he ran his own painting and decorating business for over 30 years. H volunteers for a local charity who aim to help those in our local community fight poverty. The charity provides food parcels, household goods, furniture and appliances, which H helps deliver in their van. H loves to drive. Last summer H was an official driver for a very well known annual sporting event in our local area. He loved it so much that he’s applied to do it again this year.
I'm Vicki, the one that wears the trousers! Having worked many years (and hours) for the same person, assisting them with running their own business, I now volunteer for the same local charity as H. I assist them with their monthly newsletter and fundraising activities. I also volunteer for a local football league. The league provides organised U7 to U18 female football for 7000 players. I am their registration secretary, fixture co-ordinator, fixture secretary and assistant secretary, which keeps me busy and out of trouble! For my third volunteering role I help proofread the match day programme for my local football team. All of my volunteering is carried out remotely, allowing me to continue what I do, but also travel and look after your home and pets.
H & I have owned many properties over the years. In the past few years we have been renting, so we know how to look after, and respect our own properties and other people's homes.
I turn 50 this year, and following the sudden death of my Dad (my hero) 18 months ago, it's time for H & I to do something different, exploring new areas, meeting new people and pets by helping you, and allowing you to enjoy time away from your home and your furry loved ones.
Howard had Chow Chow's growing up, which he was responsible for. I had a cat, that definitely had 9 lives! Both of us have OCD so your home and pets will definitely be looked after in the manner that you would like them to! Once again Vicki and Howard went above and beyond looking after Daisy and our home.
I’m certain Daisy has the most wonderful time as they dish out oodles of love and it’s clear her care is their number one priority.
Despite our builder deciding this was the week to do some window frame repair work, as before I’m certain we came back to a cleaner house than we left, (I would say we are pretty ship shape but Vicky leaves everything immaculate!
