Home details:
2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms flat located on the first floor. In a block of 11 flats with great neighbours.
Main bedroom has an en-suite
and we have 1 main bathroom, we have an open plan kitchen/dinner/living area. It’s is a clean and tidy home.
We have a private car park space located outside the flat.
Surroundings:
We live next to 2 trains station that can take you into London in 25 minutes and have bus stops near. We live in a great area where if you don’t drive it’s really handy as transport is so good. Within a 5 minute walk there is a Tescos local and m&s bp garage. On a 6 minuet train journey are local town caterham has a Waitrose, Morrisons, boots, Superdrug and plenty of pubs and restaurants. There are loads of takeaway options on are doorstep and great walks to do. The closets walks to do are kenley areadrome and riddles down common however we are a short drive away from Surrey hills which is a wonderful place to explore with magical views.
Meet the pets:
We have 2 dogs and a cat all the animals are friendly and non reactive to dogs and overly friendly with humans. Woody is a dachshund who is 6 he is an active one surprisingly and is very loveable he loves cuddles and a tennis ball. He will bark when the doorbell goes. Beenie is a shorkie poo (shitzu, Yorkshire terrier cross poodle) puppy but when we need the house sit she will be 1 year and a bit she’s is a loving girly but gets very hot so can only cuddle for short periods, she is definitely a lap dog and try to always cuddle in your lap. Ginger a ginger cat who is 1 years old and is an indoor cat, he is friendly however is quite antisocial until nighttime when he decides he wants cuddles. They all play together specially Ginger and beenie. Gingers cat tray which is located in the main bathroom will need to be cleaned daily. They get fed morning and night with a mid day snack the dogs need a daily walk for an hour or more. The dogs get taken down for a toilet every 3 hours.
All the animals have no medical requirements. The animals do sleep where they want normally in bed with one of us.
