Ground floor flat with garden access. 3 steps to outside of property. 2 dogs, lively springer cross and elderly but sparky lab. I cat who is elderly but a country cat and is The Boss. Rural location so own transport required. Transport will be required to take dogs to suitable places for walking off lead. All fully housetrained. Dogs will require to have a good walk once a day and breakfast and dinner. Cat is required to be let in and out at a whim...but is well able to survive outside for 24 hours
