Ripon England

We live in the middle of a 100 acre farm just outside the village of Grewelthorpe (gateway to the Dales!) in North Yorkshire. We have two dogs, a labrador and a lurcher, who are very friendly and low maintenance but do need a good walk every day. We are in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and have lovely walks from the doorstep, through nearby woodland and around the farm. We also have four sheep but they are pretty easy to look (just water checking) after and there is help close at hand if needed. We also have a welsh mountain pony who may need to come in at night when its very cold or wet, so some feeding (hay) and mucking out may be required.

Our four bedroom house has been recently renovated and is warm, with underfloor heating, log burner and an AGA. Ideally looking for a single person or couple who love walking, nature and the peace and quiet of the countryside.
