New to this so here goes !
5 Bed house but one bedroom is a workshop for glass art so only 3 bedrooms with double beds and a single room for child (as the bed is smaller !).
Theres countryside around the village with walks galore, seaside within 20 mins drive, rivers/lakes all around (we paddleboard), biking etc and whatever else takes your fancy.
One dog, three cats, 5 guinae pigs and two tortoise ! Dog is a German Shepherd 1 year old and boisterous but friendly. Cats are house cats and have to watch that they dont escape. Great Lumley is a lovely area with great walks and close to Durham and Newcastle. Just need someone to look after the animals, water the plants and Garden and thats it !
Dog needs a 1hr walk if possible everyday (two 30 mins if busy), fed twice a day same as cats (cats separately from each other and the dog as some of them are greedy :) ). Tortoise once a day feed and Guinae pigs once a day.
We have paddleboards, bikes etc.
