Bognor Regis England

We live in a pretty village on a private beach estate on the eastern outskirts of Bognor Regis. We are a three minute walk to the sea and the immediate area is very quiet though a short ten minute drive or 30 minute walk along the prom will get you to Bognor. We are 9 miles from Chichester and approximately 6 from Arundel. Brighton is an easy train journey away.
Our home is a large four bedroom detached home to three now deemed elderly cats. They are all loving and great characters. One has a slight thyroid issue and has to have cream rubbed into his ears on a daily basis (he clearly regards this as a personal massage!). Our little girl has a heart issue and takes pills five times a during the day. Although this sounds onerous there are long periods between the doses so her regime doesn’t interfere that much but I am very organised. She is incredibly placid and takes her meds without a struggle or complaint. We have a fish pond in the garden with koi and would just ask you to keep an eye on water levels and if these drop we have a great guy who comes to sort out any issues. We have a gardener who comes fortnightly and a cleaner who also comes fortnightly for a few hours so it is just a question of maintenance of the home. Our daughter lives fifteen minutes away by car and can always be contacted in the event of an emergency.
Although no dates are set, we’d very much like to visit our son in New Zealand this Christmas and envisage being away from mid December until early February.
If you can offer my beloved furry companions the care and love they deserve and would enjoy living very near the seaside in a lovely area, please make contact. If you have availability prior to the December dates we’d appreciate some short stay sits, you’d be very welcome here. Ideally the candidates should have access to a vehicle.
