East Grinstead England

We are looking for a house sitter or house sitters to look after our delightful nine-year-old golden cocker spaniel Sam and our lively 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel Coco while we visit Europe. We will be away for approximately 2 weeks. Sam is a lovely, warm-natured dog who is very sociable with both people and other dogs. Coco is nearly three and loves going on walks and then cuddling up at night.

We live in a house in East Grinstead, which also has its own one bedroom flat suitable for a single person or couple. This flat is where the house sitter(s) will be staying. This self contained flat is light and airy with wooden floors and it’s own entrance. You will have access to our own garden to relax in with the dogs. The house is on a leafy street, around 15 minutes' walk from the centre of East Grinstead and 20 minutes' walk to the station (with trains into London Victoria). East Grinstead is a historic market town with some stunning Tudor buildings, cafes and restaurants. It is home to the famous Bluebell Railway and a 10-minute drive to the fabulous Ashdown Forest - a perfect spot for walking dogs!

The house sitter(s) will be required to take Sam and Coco for a walk each day, feed and care for them and take them for vet appointments if required. We would also need the house sitter(s) to water some plants and keep the house and garden tidy. We will make sure you have everything you need to look after our pets and home.
