We are a 2 min walk from a supermarket, 10 min walk from a pub and 5 mins to open fields. 40 mins will get you to Northampton and Peterborough by car, 25 min to Market Harborough. A 5 min taxi ride takes you to the train station with a direct link to London Paddington in 1 hr 15 mins.

Garden wise it’s mainly raised borders, a small grassed area which Bella loves to be in and a few pots, nothing too onerous. There is a Bramley Apple tree in the garden which may have a few fruits left and make stunning pies.

We have a 7 year (will be coming 8) border collie. Bella loves her walks and play time and has more toys than an average 4 year old child!
