The central location of our modern house provides the perfect mix of beach, sea, town and countryside. A rail station and bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. Plus 5mins from the M5 Exeter junction. On the back of house runs a cycle path which links up to Exe Estuary Trail plus routes into Exeter. A local Spar is 5 mins by foot or a main Tesco Supermarket is either a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive.

We have 1 dog elderly black lab who is very affectionate and only requires 1 half hour walk first thing in the morning, then a 10 min wander up the cycle lane out of our back gate in the afternoon and again in the early evening before he like to settle down for the evening! We would rather not put them in kennels and instead keep him happy and comfortable at home.

He is happy to walk off the lead and is good at listening to instructions. He will slowly walk around the grass areas around where we live as his joints are very arthritic he can find walking on tarmac paths too hard.

We would rather he wasn't left for longer than 6 hours.
Other than that, he just need company, a bit of play and cuddles.

If it is really dry we may need some bits of the garden watered.

There is parking at our house and the use of bikes are available to make use of the lovely cycle paths if you wish.
