We live in a 2/3 bedroom end terrace in a lovely area, a canal, woods, reservoirs and great walks are on the doorstep . There are takeaways, restaurants and pubs locally.
There are local amenities such as a Tesco express, a co op, a bakery, post office etc all within walking distance.
We are on a main road so it is busy but the house is calm and peaceful as is the garden, infact the garden is a little oasis.
There is a 10 minute walk to Adlington ( Lancs) train station which will take you to Manchester in 30 minutes or Preston in 20 minutes.
We are on a bus route to Chorley ( takes 10 minutes) and Preston.
We have 4 cats who only require feeding and water, and cuddles! We have a dog who would require a walk morning and afternoon usually for an hour at a time, he would go longer, if you can!
Minimal garden maintenance, watering plants.
One of the bedrooms is in an annexe in the garden which can be utilised.
There are 2 bedrooms ( one with a king size bed and the second with a single bed)
There is a bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet.
There is an office upstairs.
