Large detached six bedroom country house, standing in 7 acres of land, with a private drive and electric gates.
Situated in the beautiful East Yorkshire Country side, near the town of Goole. Beverely and York within driving distance, and not to far from the Lincolnshire Wolds
We have two older but friendly dogs a
German Shepherd & Cavapoo, the cats are lovely but Gerald can be temperamental if you ever see him!
We have a secure field for dog walks or land behind the house that goes on for miles that's private!
The lawns are vast so we don't expect you to keep up with the maintenance, but feel free if you want to push the smaller lawnmower about if you're feeling generously enthusiastic!
There's a greenhouse and two raised vegetable beds, so if we're successful in growing veg this year then they'll need watering too!
