I am looking for a house sitter to look after my two dogs and 15 chickens. This would involve walking and feeding the dogs although the large 1 acre garden is fenced so the dogs can just be let out now and then as well as walking them. The chickens just need water daily and food topping up and eggs collected daily.
In return i offer a large detached house on the border of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire with a self contained wing. The main sitting room is upstairs with a balcony overlooking 220 acres of a working fruit farm in the Fens with lovely views and sunsets plus a woodburner.

very welcome, ensuring we had everything we needed and more! Their lovely home is in a rural setting, with tranquil views and a great garden. Piri and Annie are fun dogs, they are really friendly and they enjoyed showing us around the extensive orchards on our evening walks.
We could not have asked for a nicer home or sweeter dogs to spend time with. Highly recommend this sit, we would love to come back.
Lovely stay at David and Sarah's home with a warm welcome with tea and cake on arrival. Then we had dinner whilst going over the details of what to expect of our stay. Piri & Annie are adorable, great company, and fun to be with. Easy to walk on lead in the orchard. David and Sarah's home was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. Our first experience through the platform could not have been better. Sarah and David are real hosts, kind and very polite. We felt at home and the dogs were our friends as soon as we arrived! the place is beautiful with tasty apples and pears in the backyard! The dogs are calm and funny, they like to walk around the farm and always stay close to us. A lovely warm welcome from Sarah and David, who kindly picked us up from the train station. Annie and Peri the dogs, were well behaved, delightful companions. The village was within walking distance and we enjoyed a very pleasant long weekend in the countryside.
We had a wonderful stay at Sarah & David's and thoroughly enjoyed looking after their beautiful home and animals.
The communication was great throughout, starting with an introductory video chat and then emails leading up to our arrival.
We arrived the night before they departed and enjoyed a delicious meal and went through various things to know about the house, the dogs, the chickens and the garden (Sarah has an amazing vegetable patch and greenhouse).

What an absolute pleasure it was to house and pet sit for David and Sarah and their stunning dogs Annie and Hardy.
Their home is light, modern and relaxing. Sarah and David made us most welcome and provided us with all of the comforts of home and were very organised with their communication and instructions.
Collecting the free-range eggs each morning is a bonus and the chickens are easy peasy to care for.

I had a super sit at Sarah and Davids house whilst they were on holiday, Met them prior to going and also on return, very friendly people.
Looked after two loveable dogs who where no problem at all, also 20 + chickens which were easy to care for.
All in all had a super time and would return if asked if it fitted in with my coach work.
Sarah and David made us very welcome , even wine and home made cake on arrival
They provided a very informative pack which we could refer to in looking after the lovely dogs, chickens and their home
