Detached 3 bedroom house in a semi-rural setting. We are about 500 yards from the River Teign and 3/4 mile from Shaldon Town Beach. The house is 280 years old but has been extensively modernised without losing the character of the original cottage. We have lived here for 40 years.

Spindles, the name of Steve and Pam's house, is located high up the hill in Shaldon with great views and walks straight from the house. A very quiet neighbourhood. And stunning countryside close by. Sky, the Spaniel, was a lovely, affectionate companion who loved her daily walks and cuddles. The 2 elderly cats took their medication patiently and slept most of the day.
