I live in a spacious terraced cottage, with a courtyard garden and shared access to the surrounding grounds of the country house. It’s tucked down a quiet country lane so is extremely quiet and tranquil, think birdsong waking you up in the morning rather than traffic! The walk to the local village amenities is just under a mile.
Bruce is a 1 year old black Labrador. He’s super friendly and cuddly, very much a sofa dog! He’s crate trained in the house and needs to be in it when left alone as he still chews a little/ will steal any unsupervised food!. He’s generally very well behaved on and off lead but can get distracted by smells/ other dogs so I will let you know where and when to let him off. He loves to explore, swim and retrieve and travels very well in the car should you want to venture into the Lake District/ Pennines, though he’s equally happy with a couple of strolls down the lane should you prefer to stay local.
