South Brent England

My cottage is in a large village on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a cosy sitting room with a log burner and a kitchen dining room. There is a garden and a garden studio with art materials and an extra bed (studio is warm and snug).
My dog is a black labrador retriever called Lennon who is 9 years old. He is very easy and sweet natured. However, he must never be let off the lead on walks because he chases sheep and his recall is unreliable. He needs two walks or one long walk every day. There are plenty of walks from the house.
There is a good bus service from the village to nearby Totnes, Torquay, Plymouth and various other places. There are train stations in Totnes (7 miles) and Ivybridge (4 miles). You can walk to the moor from my house. If you want to explore the high moor or futher afield you will need your own car. The surroundings are outstandingly beautiful, rivers, woodlands, moorland and, if you have a car, amazing coast line.
The village has a range of food shops which should be able to supply all your needs.
