Located on a farm in a rural location, we have a small 3 bedroom cottage with a large secure garden and direct access to the most beautiful Countryside. We have 2 small, elderly dogs (terriers) that require short walks in the mornings. The remainder of the time, they only require feeding (twice per day) companionship and company. We have fast Wi-Fi, log burner and an efficient central heating system. Our house has all the mod-cons, including an awesome Coffee machine! Plenty of secure parking is available close to the house and with helpful neighbours being relatively nearby - they will always give advice or a helping hand if required.
Due to our location, it is imperrative that you have your own transport. A trip to the local shop is 3 miles away, whilst the major Supermarkets are a 30 minutes drive. We're not near any main roads, although the farm has some small, light industrial premises, so there is a little 'coming & going' from time-to-time, but no noise. During the Winter Months, the crops have already been harvested, so none of the usual farm noises of Tractors, Combine's and Grain dryers! We also have a very small Clay Pidgeon shoot nearby, which is seldom used and is strictly restricted on usage times. It does not, in any way, impact on our property.
We have a friendly Postie, some great rural Resturants nearby and some lovely walks on a maze of footpaths!
