Pet sitters required to look after our small herd of 8 alpacas and free range chickens.
We live in a semi-rural village on the Durham/Northumberland border next to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are 2 pubs and 1 shop in the village and our local town is 2 miles away. There is a bus to and from town every 30 minutes.
We need sitters to look after our alpacas which includes feeding and watering them on a morning then checking them on an afternoon. They have a mixture of personalities and like to be hand fed treats and to 'chat' to us.
The chickens are free range and are guarded by the alpacas. Care involves letting them out on a morning, feeding and watering them and hunting fir fresh eggs. They then need put away on an evening.
