Hi there. I'm currently working on the 2nd draft of my book and would love some animals to keep me company while I muddle through it! In the last two years I've completed house-sits in Derbyshire, Northampton, Leicester, London and Hertfordshire from 5 days to 6 weeks looking after a variety of lovely dogs and cats. I really love looking after the animals and feel I have made some friends for life.
I'm a responsible, tidy and quiet house sitter. I thrive on a good routine and an orderly space. I have my own small car that I'd be using for transport. I'm based in Northamptonshire so the surrounding counties, and London are my ideal places to sit.
I previously worked as a dog-sitter for 2 years through Dog Buddy for stays of up to 2 weeks including overnight. I received multiple five star reviews and repeat bookers during this time.
Due to some energy limitations I'd currently prefer to look after maximum 1 dog who needs <1 hours walking per day. I am suitable for sits for pets that would like some play time and attention everyday..

I'm a writer, so I would typically spend a large portion of the day at the property. I also design and sell stationery over Etsy, so as long as I have my laptop, reliable wifi and a postbox, I can work! I'm particularly fond of having pets around as they remind me to take a break and get some fresh air.

Geraldine is a really nice young lady who Bailey took to pretty much straight away. She kept in contact with me throughout and left my flat looking clean and tidy. Even though Bailey gave me a royal telling off for going away he was happy and content upon my return and I would definitely recommend Geraldine and would be confident to leave my home and fur baby in her capable hands again in the future.

Geraldine is a great find and looked after our dog Juno, beautifully, sending us short pet videos, updates and photos throughout our holiday. Geraldine is thorough and attentive and we felt that our house was in safe hands. We were looking for someone that would be home-based for our old gal and Geraldine fitted the bill spot on. It's obvious that Geraldine knows a thing or two about dogs and cares for them a lot.
Geraldine is well organised and communicates well to ensure all aspects of a successful sit are covered. She did a great job of looking after Polly and our home and we recommend her unreservedly

Geraldine was a very safe pair of hands looking after our house and cat. She was so calm and professional when we had a couple of issues with the house over the weekend (why do things always go wrong when you're away?!). Would not hesitate in recommending her as a house and pet sitter.
