My house is ideally located just outside of York city walls, making it a 10-minute walk from the centre of town. It is a 2-bedroom (1 double bed and a single sofabed, + a single futon mattress) terrace with a backyard, and is a 1-minute walk from a local nature reserve. I have a cat, Bell, who you would need to feed and provide plenty of cuddles! She is an older cat who only goes outside occasionally (she does have a litter tray that will need cleaning), and her favourite activity is cuddling on the sofa.
I ave lots of plants that might need some watering, depending on the weather. The house is very well-equipped and is a perfect base for exploring York and the surrounding area - as well as a short walk into town, it's a 10-minute drive from the A64, which heads East to the Yorkshire coast.
