Hello,

We have a very affectionate little black cat called Phoenix. She is pretty easygoing but will be happy to have someone to chat to and cuddle up with. We have a lovely garden you can enjoy and we have timer bowls so you can enjoy days out knowing the cat will have her lunch pre set. She has a cat flap so is quite independent.

We live on the outskirts of Nottingham in a detached house with a lovely large garden. Our house is a work in progress in areas (hallway and bathroom) and we will share photos with you to ensure you understand this. Our bathroom could do with updating but is functional and clean.

We have a freshly decorated spare room with a double bed. The house is in a quiet area on a cul de sac. It is within walking distance of shops and takeaways. There are also good bus and rail links within walking distance. Being on the edge of the city you can also easily access nature and the countryside.
