Sudbury England

We have a 4 double bed room detached house on the outskirts of the medieval village of Lavenham. The house has gas central heating and radiators in all rooms, there are also solar panels that on most days during daylight hours will provide free electricity, they can also heat the hot water tank. The best way to use these will be explained to the sitter. We are within a very short walk of open country side and local walks. The village has several very good pubs, 2 coop supermarkets, antique shops and an Indian restaurant. In the near by town of Sudbury there are various high street stores and a Aldi, Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose superstores.
We have a very loving 5 year old English Setter called Toby, who is our second rescue dog. We would require him to be walked twice a day, but on the lead at all times while on his walks. He has been doctored and is fully vaccinated and insured. Feeding requirements will be explained to the sitter. We do allow him on some of the furniture and for this throws are provided. He has a bed in our bedroom that he uses at bedtime, but would advise you to keep your bedroom door closed as you may have company during the night. If you intend on exploring the area or when you go shopping we don't tend to leave Toby on his own for periods in excess of 3 to 4 hours.
We would expect the house to be kept tidy, no heavy duty stuff, just clean as you go along. Because of the dog, vacuuming will need to be done occasionally as he deposits a lot of fur.
House and potted Garden plants would require watering occasionally.
Instructions on all appliances will be provided and the american style fridge freezer in the kitchen shall be emptied to provide food storage during the stay.
